11. Unloading : Customer Have to provide
labour for unloading material.
12. Necessity : Customer have to provide dress / helmat /
safety shoes / Spacts etc which is require for enter in customer premises.
13. VALIDITY :
Above Prices are valid till 10 Days from Offer date OR Prices are Subject to
change without Prior Notice OR Price will be intimated as per the escalation of
the Raw material’s prices.

OTHER TERMS : Please note above delivery schedule is
tentative. Actual delivery date will be not confirmed by transport due to current situation.
All Dimensions, Data, Colors, etc. may vary
due to manufacturing tolerances. Company will not be liable for any damages
done in Transportation or mishandling while Shipment Goods once sold will not be taken back.
